What we collect

We collect the information required to create and operate a Swep.ai account, including your name, email address, workspace details, billing records, and the project configuration you submit inside the product.

We also store operational product data such as tracked prompts, run history, citations, reports, and settings needed to generate results and keep the service reliable.

Account data: name, email, login state, and workspace membership.
Project data: prompts, domains, competitors, reports, exported assets, and related settings.
Operational data: logs, diagnostics, analytics, and payment records needed to secure and improve the service.

How we use data

We use your data to provide the product, process billing, secure accounts, diagnose failures, and improve feature quality.

We may also use aggregate and de-identified product usage patterns to understand how the platform performs, but not to publicly reveal your private workspace information.

How data is shared

We share data only with service providers required to run Swep.ai, such as hosting, authentication, payment, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers.

We do not sell customer data. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the security of users and the service.

Retention and your choices

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and accounting records.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support@swep.ai. Some information may be retained where the law, fraud prevention, or financial recordkeeping requires it.
