You may use Swep.ai only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account, your workspace users, and the data you submit into the platform.

You must not use the service to violate laws, abuse third-party systems, reverse engineer restricted parts of the product, or interfere with platform availability.

Paid access is billed according to the plan you select. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing period.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges tied to your use of the service.

You retain ownership of the content and project inputs you submit to Swep.ai. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and analyze that data so the product can function.

We retain ownership of the software, product design, documentation, and all related intellectual property in the service.

We work to keep Swep.ai available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Swep.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
