Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Swep.ai, including accounts, subscriptions, customer content, and service limits.
Last updated: April 8, 2026
Using Swep.ai
You may use Swep.ai only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, your workspace, and the content submitted through your use of the service.
You must not use Swep.ai to break the law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, abuse third-party systems, or reverse engineer parts of the product except where the law clearly permits it.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that happens under your account.
If you create or manage a workspace for other users, you are responsible for making sure those users follow these terms.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed based on the subscription or pricing terms you select. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information and for paying applicable fees, taxes, and charges related to your use of the service.
Customer content and ownership
You keep ownership of the content, inputs, and data you submit to Swep.ai. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so we can operate the service.
We keep ownership of Swep.ai, including the software, documentation, site design, branding, and other intellectual property related to the service.
Third-party services and output
Swep.ai may rely on third-party providers, including hosting, payment, authentication, and AI service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Content or recommendations generated through Swep.ai may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep Swep.ai available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. We may update, change, or remove features from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swep.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Swep.ai at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or use the service in a way that could cause legal or security harm.
Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, payment obligations, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, will continue to apply.
